**Adult Outpatient Case Manager**
The Adult Outpatient Case Manager responds to and develops initial
crisis management and recovery plans for clients. The ideal candidate
will embrace excellent customer service with resource information and
connecting clients to immediate access of services reducing the barriers
to treatment. In this dynamic role the Adult Outpatient Case Manager
