Social Emotional Coach
We are currently seeking a dedicated CYFS Social and Emotional Coach to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assessing and understanding needs, setting goals and action plans, and providing support and encouragement to help children and youth develop crucial social and emotional skills, ultimately enhancing their overall well-being and success in various aspects of life. 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Assess Needs, Set Goals
- Build Self-Awareness and Teach Coping Strategies
- Enhance Interpersonal Skills and Provide Support
- Monitor Progress, Adjust, and Document Records
- Practice Ethical Conduct and Self-care
- Primarily work will be in an office or community-based setting, interacting with youth/family and coordinating care.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate youth/family needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Experience working with youth who have emotional and behavioral challenges essential, knowledge of trauma informed care preferred.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $19.25 - $23.53 per hour, depending upon education and experience
