NKHS is a Designated Agency contracted with the State of Vermont to provide the highest quality of service in the areas of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, children and youth with serious emotional disabilities, and adults with mental health and substance use challenges. Key Skills and Abilities
- Flexibility, patience and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team providing support to students unable to access their education due to emotional/behavior challenges.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in human services, education, psychology or related field preferred. If degree requirements are not complete, must be working toward completion within one year of being hired.
- Experience in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) preferred
- Must have access to personal vehicle to transport students as needed.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $22.25 - $27.19 per hour, depending upon education and experience
- $2.00/hour incentive
