We’re a close-knit team with a strong work ethic, and as our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Service & Parts Sales Representative to help expand our service offerings and strengthen client relationships.
Position Overview
In this role, you’ll serve as the face of our company and the manufacturers we represent. You’ll focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored service agreements, maintenance plans, and parts solutions. You’ll work closely with our internal operations and service teams to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new commercial/industrial HVAC service and parts opportunities
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, networking, and job site visits
- Conduct on-site assessments and consult with clients to understand their HVAC service needs
- Develop and present customized service proposals, maintenance contracts, and parts solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, contractors, and facilities teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with service technicians and internal departments to ensure successful execution and delivery
- Represent top-tier HVAC manufacturers with professionalism and technical understanding
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, service, or related roles
- Knowledge of high-pressure steam boilers and commercial HVAC systems preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC service agreements and preventative maintenance plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
