We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology Physicians for a fully remote Locums Tele-Neurology opportunity supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role offers flexible scheduling with an ongoing need, ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Physicians provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.
Position Highlights:
- 100% remote telemedicine
- $210.000 to $220.000 per hour (work from home)
- Locums engagement with long-term assignments available

- Additional state licenses paid as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
- Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic or endovascular decisions
- Review imaging and clinical data in real time
- Collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
- Document encounters in the EMR
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
- Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
- Active U.S. medical license required
- Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
- Licensure Needs Licenses in hand preferred; FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
- Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
