Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality urgent care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries.
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with evidence-based protocols and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient care.
- Provide proactive leadership and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records following best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Master’s degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an NP or PA.
- DEA license with no restrictions.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (CPR and ACLS certifications not accepted).
- Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or an ambulatory care setting preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support clinical staff.
