As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their recovery journey while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
✅ Provide daily patient care, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and linen changes
✅ Assist patients with meals, hydration, and feeding when needed
✅ Respond promptly to patient call lights and anticipate patient needs
✅ Monitor and report changes in patient condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff
✅ Assist with personal belongings, including hearing aids, dentures, glasses, and prosthetic devices
✅ Transport patients safely throughout the facility
✅ Promote patient safety and help maintain a clean, comfortable environment
✅ Support rehabilitation goals through compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Required:
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course
- Current State CNA Certification
- Current CPR/BCLS Certification
Preferred:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
