Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer leads through phone, email and various online portals
- Qualify incoming leads
- Schedule site visits between sales representatives and customers, manage/organize the site visit calendar
- Manage communication between sales customers and Northeast Generator
- Process invoices and collections
- Manage all financing between customers and the financing companies including approvals and payouts
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule subcontractors and deliveries
- Answer the sales phone line
- Monitor bid opportunities and gather all specs, drawings, and bid documents
- Obtain and complete necessary bid documents for submittal
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or relevant experience required
- Zoho Books & CRM experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- CRM & ERP experience required
- Ability to manage many projects and tasks in a high pace environment
Further Details
- This is a full-time position, meaning you will be expected to work 40 hours per week.
- Normal working hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, with some flexibility based on weekly needs
- This position is also eligible for benefits, including health insurance and 401(k)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
