Graphic Designer

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, NEFAR, is a professional trade association serving real estate professionals across Northeast Florida. NEFAR provides education, events, advocacy, resources, and business support that help members grow, stay informed, and better serve their clients and communities. Our team produces a wide range of marketing materials, event branding, publications, and digital content throughout the year.

NEFAR is seeking a highly capable Graphic Designer, Print, Digital & Multimedia to join our in-house creative team in Jacksonville. This is a full-time, in-office position for an experienced designer who is strong in the fundamentals and comfortable working across a variety of creative projects.

This role is primarily focused on graphic design, including flyers, marketing collateral, social media graphics, web ads, print ads, event branding materials, and slide decks. The position also supports brand asset organization, template maintenance, publication layout, and basic video editing. Occasional support may include photography/video capture and podcast production.

This role reports directly to the Creative Director and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating, problem-solving, and contributing to a fast-moving in-house environment where both creativity and reliability matter.

• Design print and digital marketing materials including flyers, brochures, ads, social graphics, email graphics, web ads, signage, and other branded collateral
• Create visual assets for NEFAR events, programs, campaigns, and initiatives
• Assist with the design and formatting of slide decks and presentations for events and internal use
• Support the organization and maintenance of NEFAR brand assets, templates, and design files
• Help ensure consistency across all materials in alignment with established brand standards
• Prepare final files for print and digital production
• Work with vendors and printers to coordinate production and deliverables
• Assist with simple publication layout and production support
• Perform basic video editing for social media and promotional content
• Communicate clearly with staff and team members to gather assets, information, and approvals
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

• Assist with photography and video capture as needed
• Support in-house podcast recording, editing, and production
• Assist with development and maintenance of internal templates and branded systems
• Support other creative production needs as assigned

• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across print and digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Canva
• Familiarity with AI generative tools and how they can support a professional creative workflow
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, and core design principles
• Experience preparing files for print production and working with vendors/printers
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction well, apply feedback professionally, and work within an established creative structure
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight while also collaborating effectively with a team
