Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Our coatings department performs a multitude of liquid paint and powder applications serving various industries. Experience with preparing sheet metal, aluminum and plastics parts for paint is preferred, but not required. Experience working with your hands and willingness to learn new skills/processes are a plus.
Responsibilities include:
· Sanding
· Priming
· Load/Unload Conveyor line
· Masking, unmasking, moving, and packaging of parts as needed
· Routine cleaning of prep booth areas, workstation, and racks
· Assist in loading/unloading trucks as necessary. Operate various types of warehouse equipment, including order pickers and pallet jacks, to facilitate the movement of goods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
