Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor, based @ our HQ - Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and businesses with the support of a Senior Advisor Team. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial information, developing tailored strategies, delivering tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The role will also involve educating clients about financial products, explaining investment options, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Qualification:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Interest in financial planning, investment advisory services, and retirement planning, wealth management
- Passion for helping others, grit and determination are highly desirable
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses are strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Some experience in the financial services industry is a plus such as an internship
