You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment.

Location: 960 Central AvenueAlbany, NY 12205

Compensation Range: $16.85-26.46, with a typical starting range of $20.00-25.00 . Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Submission of Service Contracts
• Submission of Warranty Contracts
• New car purchases and Dealer trades
• Record used car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Process cash receipts
• Regional check runs
• Process and payment of vendor invoices
• FTC reconciliation
• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)
• Post to Intercompany accounts
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 1 year Accounting experience- familiar with COA, debits and credits
• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel, Office and computer skills
• High School Diploma (required)
• 1 years of Auto Industry Experience
• Retail Sales or Customer Service (preferred)
