In partnership with the Program Director, the Lead Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership support assisting with the training and supervision of bachelor’s level employees. The Lead Clinical Supervisor will assist with staff development, treatment coordination, and supporting effective implementation of all in-home and outpatient treatment. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
