What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with caregivers, team members, and stakeholder to provide high-quality care to clients
- Develop innovative and compassionate treatment plans to meet client treatment goals
- Make a measurable and socially valid difference in the lives of the families you work with!
- Northeast Family Services is an ACE provider, offering at least two CEU events per month
- Staff who participate in all offered CEU events meet the BACB’s CEU requirement for BCBA recertification at NO COST
- Monthly Journal Club

- Small, manageable caseloads with ongoing support from ABA Clinical Leadership Team

- Full-time weekly billable minimum: 26 hours (planning time included)

- Have a master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
- Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
- Hold current LBA preferred
- Have a minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
- Have a valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate approach to care
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
- Proficient with word processing and graphing software
- Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
