The PRIDE Program Director, in partnership with the AVP of MA Operations, is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the area PRIDE CBHI program including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, therapeutic mentoring programs and Outpatient. The Program Director will guide the staff and assist in the development, treatment, methodologies and ensuring the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for our clients.

This position can be based out of any of our Massachusetts offices.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring of LGBTQIA competent treatment professionals to be front line therapists and paraprofessionals for the team
- Provide direct clinical supervision to program therapists and paraprofessional staff regarding clinical strategies and client treatment planning
- Provide training for other agency CBHI team members on LGBTQIA issues
- Serve as liaison between the agency and other service agencies
- Oversee the quality of care and implementation of services
- Ensure documentation compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies
- Ensure program standards comply with all regulatory bodies
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to foster teamwork within the treatment environment
- Respond to parent/family concerns and determining appropriate resolution
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education or a related human services field
- Three years minimum experience working with Behavioral and Mental Health disorders
- Independent Clinical Licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts - Required
- LGBTQIA culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or any combination thereof
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
