What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor - Multicultural Outreach Team position at Northeast Family Services Career Center?
The Multicultural Outreach Team (MOT) is a multicultural, multilingual, specialized team that understands cultural transitions and provides quality behavioral and mental health services to individuals and their family. The services will help bridge the cultural generational gap with individualized services unique to each family.
The MOT Program Director will report to the AVP of Massachusetts Operations and is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the MOT, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The MOT Program Director will guide the staff and assist in the development, treatment, methodologies and ensuring the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for our clients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license in Massachusetts- has to be independent license
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
- Five years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
