Northeast Emergency Medicine Specialists (NEMS) is the sole democratic emergency medicine group in CT. We are actively seeking to hire full-time physicians for 2025–2026 to enhance our dedicated team.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive sign-on bonus up to $100K for physicians committing to a 3-year contract, with a requirement of 1500 hours per year.

• Base salary of $300K plus annual performance bonus ranging from $50–55K

• Comprehensive benefits including a CME budget, reimbursements for licensing, ACEP/ABEM memberships, etc.

• Partners benefit from quarterly profit sharing and enhanced retirement contributions

• Varied shift lengths across our facilities

• Utilization of various EMR systems, with a transition plan for all facilities to adopt Epic within the next few years

• Supportive teamwork environment with the use of Physician Assistants at all locations

• Manchester Memorial, Manchester – 36,000 visits/year – Epic EMR

• Midstate Medical Center, Meriden – 51,000 visits/year – Epic EMR

• Windham Hospital, Willimantic – 35,000 visits/year – Epic EMR

• Bradley Memorial, Southington – 18,000 visits/year – Epic EMR

• Rockville General, Rockville – 17,000 visits/year – Epic EMR

• Day Kimball Hospital, Putnam – 32,000 visits/year – Empower EMR

Qualifications:

U.S. Emergency Medicine residency trained physicians whom are board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
