Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a Master's level Program Clinicians for our youth residential group home in the Springfield area! The Clinician will provide clinical services for an assigned client caseload and provide clinical support and understanding to residential program staff. Responsibilities include maintaining all required documentation in client records in compliance with Agency and State licensing and accreditation requirements. This individual will be communicating with program staff, leadership and collateral providers regarding treatment and progress of assigned clients. This position provides after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
To be qualified, candidates must possess the following:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field
Minimum of two years’ experience working with at-risk youth
Must provide verification of adequate personal auto insurance on the vehicle(s) to must be used, including, at minimum, Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part 4) limits of at least $100,000. *This must be brought to the interview.
