We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Bridge Construction Laborer. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to learn about the construction process.

The Position:
This role will involve assisting with various tasks related to bridge construction, including concrete demolition, deck repair, and equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the job site is kept clean and organized and will work closely with the Foreman and other management to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete demolition, deck repair, and equipment maintenance
- Keep the job site clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with the Foreman and other management to achieve project goals
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Punctuality and dependability required
- Able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to work in dirty and dusty environments
- Member of a Local Laborer Union or willingness to become a union member
- 2 years prior bridge construction experience and/or construction laborer experience preferred
