Northeast Arc Clinical Services is looking to welcome passionate, caring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide care to our clients (1:4 nurse-patient ratio) in our medical model group home in Burlington. The RN is responsible for caring for four medically stable adult patients with the help of two direct care support staff.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a registered nurse who has provided direct patient care in an inpatient setting
• Tracheostomy, central line, gastrostomy tube experience is a preferred
• Current MA nursing license, RN
• Current CPR certification
  
  

About Northeast Arc-Clinical Services

• Northeast Arc-Clinical Services is a home care agency out of Danvers that specializes in Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. This means it is more than a VNA; we provide block nursing in shifts anywhere from 2-16 hours at a time. We work 1-on-1 with a patient in their home, school, or community setting. We help families navigate the complexities of their loved one’s medical care, ensuring patients stay at home and out of the hospital. Our primary goal is to assist in allowing parents/children/spouses to maintain THAT role instead of being their Loved one’s primary “nurse”.
