Insulation Installer

Northeast Air Sealing is expanding and looking for motivated, reliable Insulation Installers to join our production team. This is a hands-on, skilled position installing insulation and performing air sealing work in homes throughout New Hampshire. Whether you already have trade experience or are leveling up from an assistant role, this installer position gives you the opportunity to grow into a high-performing, trusted member of a top-tier weatherization crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Install cellulose, fiberglass, mineral wool, and other insulation materials

 Perform dense-pack wall insulation, attic air sealing, and basement/crawlspace

work

 Operate blowers, vacuums, insulation machines, and power tools safely

 Follow building-science based best practices for airflow, moisture control, and

thermal performance

 Maintain a clean jobsite, protect customer property, and uphold NAS quality

standards

 Assist Crew Leads with layout, safety prep, equipment setup, and job completion

 Load, unload, and organize trucks and materials daily

 Communicate with team members professionally and clearly

 Document work as needed for QA/QC requirements

What We’re Looking For

 Experience in insulation, construction, carpentry, or weatherization preferred

 Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, basements, on ladders, and in confined

spaces

 Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full schedule

 Valid driver’s license preferred

 Strong teamwork skills and willingness to follow direction

 High attention to detail — we are an efficiency- and quality-focused company

 Ability to represent NAS professionally in customer homes

Nice to have ,but not required...
