Crew Lead- Insulation

Northeast Air Sealing is hiring a hands-on, experienced Crew Lead to manage job sites, guide insulation teams, and help deliver top-quality energy efficiency work to homes and buildings across New Hampshire and beyond. This is a working leadership role — you'll be in the field, not behind a desk. If you're reliable, organized, and ready to run jobs and take responsibility for safety, scheduling, and quality, this is your next step forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Lead a team of installers and assistants on residential and light commercial insulation jobs

 Install insulation materials (batts, spray foam, blown-in)

 Coordinate daily job site logistics: crew, tools, materials, and timelines

 Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients

 Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and NAS quality

guidelines

 Train and mentor crew members on technique, safety, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

 5 years of experience in insulation, weatherization, or a related trade

 Field leadership experience (forman, crew lead, or similar role)

 Strong understanding of insulation types and building envelopes

 Able to read work scopes, plan out daily tasks, and motivate a team

 Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle

 Able to lift 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces

 Dependable, communicative, and safety-minded

Nice to Have (but Not Required)
