Northcutt Dental is a family-owned dental practice that has served the Alabama Gulf Coast for more than 30 years, with four locations across Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
Founded in the resort community of Fairhope, our practice offers the best of both worlds: small-town hospitality and coastal charm with the conveniences and opportunities of the greater Mobile area. With one of our associates relocating back to his home state of Louisiana, we're looking to welcome a motivated dentist into a busy, well-established patient base with strong long-term growth potential.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 31–33% of collections (tiered structure)
Earning Potential: Up to $450,000 annually, based on commission
Monthly Guarantee: $12,000 per month for the first 6 months
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a one-year agreement (includes relocation assistance)

- $2,500 annual CE allowance

The Opportunity
This is a full-time associate role in a highly productive, modern practice.
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Enjoy multiple Fridays off each month.
Clinical Scope & Growth
You'll practice a broad range of general dentistry, including:
- Restorative dentistry
- Crowns & bridges
- Extractions
- Root canal therapy
You'll also receive structured internal mentorship with Dr. David in advanced procedures, including:
- Molar endodontics
- Implant placement (guided and freehand)
- Full-mouth rehabilitation
- Advanced crown & bridge and cosmetic cases
Technology & Systems
Our practice is fully digital and built for efficiency and precision, including:
- 3D panoramic / CBCT imaging
- iTero digital scanners
- 3D printing technology
- Digital radiography and intraoral cameras
- Centralized crown & bridge laboratory support
