Entry-Level Sales Associate

Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate at NorthCrest Solutions, you will take part in a structured training program and collaborate with experienced team members to execute client campaigns. This role focuses on direct-to-consumer interactions, customer engagement, and generating new sales opportunities.

You will develop skills in communicating product offerings, building customer relationships, and contributing to overall campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face in retail and event-based environments as part of direct-to-consumer sales campaigns
• Represent client brands by presenting current promotions, products, and services
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and identifying customer needs
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets on a weekly basis
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training focused on growth and performance
• Support brand awareness initiatives and generate new leads in the Towson area
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships that contribute to long-term client success
