Maintenance Tech Lead
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates and maintains all equipment within powerhouse and facility.
- Maintains, repairs, and installs all electrical power distribution.
- Installs, repairs, and maintains all plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- Installs, inspects and repairs refrigeration equipment.
- Replaces and repairs all door hardware.
- Assist with construction projects and other maintenance functions.
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Some technical training
- Valid Driver’s licensure & clean driving record
- Over 4 years experience in maintenance
- Current CPR (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation)
