Entry Level Sales

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional sales, communication, and customer engagement skills in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will represent our clients through face-to-face interactions, educate customers about products and services, and support customer acquisition efforts. No prior sales experience is required—we provide paid training to help you build the skills needed for success.

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Educate prospective customers about available products and services.
• Support customer acquisition and onboarding activities.
• Assist with sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness efforts.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development sessions.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and communicate client messaging effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support sales and customer engagement goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
