Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and imaginative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who is both a creative thinker and a collaborative team player. This role contributes to projects from concept through execution, combining storytelling, design, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about producing high-quality video content with advanced motion graphics and animation. Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables

  Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative perspectives

  Assist in developing storyboards and visual concepts

  Edit raw video footage and enhance it with effects, transitions, and motion graphics

  Design and produce engaging motion graphics for a variety of platforms (web, mobile, etc.)

  Select and integrate audio, visuals, color, and animation elements to support storytelling

  Research and apply emerging design trends, techniques, and tools

  Partner with producers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical or creative challenges

  Stay current with industry trends and advancements in video editing and motion design

Qualifications:

  Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for visual composition and pacing

  Broad artistic vision with the ability to execute diverse creative styles

  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics

  Proven track record of creating compelling visual content

  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to take initiative and ask questions

  Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills

  Experience with animation, 3D modeling, and cinematic shooting is a plus

  Proficiency in: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder
