SUMMARY, DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS: Job Summary The Career Coach

plays a key role in recruiting prospective students to Northcentral

Technical College (NTC). This position involved building relationships

with K12 schools, community partners, and local employers while

providing individual support for career exploration, application

assistance, and financial aid guidance. The Career Coach leads and

participates in recruitment events, coordinates career development

initiatives, and engages students to foster connections with NTC. The

role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,

continuous professional development, and active participation in

promoting NTC\'s programs and services. Position may support projects

across Student Services and other areas of the College to advance

institutional goals and student success. While the regular schedule

follows standard business hours, flexibility is required for occasional

evening, weekend, or travel to other locations based on college events

Or Operational Needs. Essential Functions And Responsibilities The

following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this

position. Employees are expected to be able to perform each of these job

duties satisfactorily and successfully with or without reasonable

accommodation. Adult K12 Recruitment Serve as a primary contact for

prospective students, assisting with career exploration, applications,

and initial steps such as -FAFSA. This work is done on site at NTC

campuses and at local high schools. Regular travel is required. Provide

individual educational planning services and make appropriate referrals.

Assess individual needs of area high schools to provide career and

post-secondary planning services to support Academic and Career Planning

(ACP) initiatives. Develop, promote, and coordinate services for
