NorthCare Assisted Living is looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Washington. We provide person-centered care in a supportive, home-like environment where residents and staff feel valued and respected.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide nighttime care, including toileting, peri-care, repositioning, and assistance with showers as needed
· Perform “check and change” rounds every two hours
· Monitor resident safety and respond promptly to needs
· Maintain a calm and restful environment
· Complete overnight cleaning, laundry, and meal prep tasks
· Secure the facility and ensure entrances remain locked
· Document care and communicate any concerns in the morning report
Qualifications:
· Caregiving experience preferred, but training provided
· Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs
· Able to work independently and remain alert overnight
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
