Position Overview:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatments
- Maintain and operate respiratory equipment safely and efficiently
- Educate residents and families on breathing techniques and equipment use
- Document all treatments and resident progress accurately
Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT)
- CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
