This position is responsible for providing support and assistance to ensure the efficient operation of daily activities at the assigned facility. The position includes front desk/customer service support, addressing participant concerns, and assisting with facility programming. It also offers guidance when other facility leadership may not be immediately available. Work hours may vary; evening and weekend hours could be required.
Pay & Schedule:
$18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour DOQ
This is a part-time, non-exempt position
Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - Close
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM - Close
Anticipated Start Date: 10/13 OR 10/20
Duties & Responsibilities:

Enforce rules, regulations and policies at assigned facility.

Assist with program and facility oversight as needed by the Supervisor.

Conduct facility walk throughs to maintain safety and security.

Help with room set-ups and breakdowns; proactively ensure rooms are clean and set up properly before an activity is scheduled to begin; this includes the use of equipment like hockey nets, divider walls, and the moving of tables and chairs.

Provide exceptional customer service by fielding member and participant suggestions, concerns and complaints in a positive and understanding manner; provide follow-up and resolution as required; relay internal and external member and guest concerns and requests to appropriate staff and, when necessary, inform supervisor.

Provide front desk and customer service support.

Operate equipment such as scoreboards, sound systems and projectors; troubleshoot issues with equipment as needed.

Monitor the use of the facility based on the facility schedule.

May conduct opening and/or closing of the building in accordance with procedures; ensure building is set up and ready for operation.

Perform light cleaning.

Act as a liaison to management staff when the manager is not on duty.

Report any work-related or patron injuries or incidents to supervisor and/or Risk Management; report unsafe conditions to supervisor and correct if appropriate; complete incident/accident report forms as needed.

Perform all job tasks in a safe manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Must be 18 years or older. Completion of a four (4) years of high school or equivalent including a general familiarity of customer service.
