Environmental Services Team Lead

The Environmental Services Team Lead will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring that residents, staff, and visitors experience a clean, safe, and home-like environment. This role blends hands-on support with team leadership, offering the opportunity to guide and inspire a dedicated group of staff members.

• Lead, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and laundry services.

• Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.

• Manage supply inventory and order as needed.

• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and maintenance teams to support resident care.

• Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or laundry operations (healthcare setting preferred).

• Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work compassionately with residents, families, and staff.
