Position SummaryThe Environmental Services Team Lead will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring that residents, staff, and visitors experience a clean, safe, and home-like environment. This role blends hands-on support with team leadership, offering the opportunity to guide and inspire a dedicated group of staff members.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and laundry services.
Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
Manage supply inventory and order as needed.
Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and maintenance teams to support resident care.
Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or laundry operations (healthcare setting preferred).
Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
