Wescott School is seeking a skilled, organized, and service-oriented School Administrative Assistant. As a central hub of building operations, the School Administrative Assistant plays an essential role in keeping the school running smoothly by supporting the principal, coordinating daily office functions, and serving as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact for students, families, staff, and community members. This is a non-exempt, 12-month position within the Support Staff Association bargaining unit, supporting a vibrant K 5 school community. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and communication skills, sound judgment, a professional presence, and a genuine commitment to the day-to-day operations of an elementary school. Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience; school environment experience preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PowerSchool, and Skyward
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
