Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing ongoing coaching, training, and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Experience in behavioral health required
Supervisory experience preferred
Current NJ RN licensure
