Based in St. Petersburg, FL | Projects Across Florida, International Travel is available but NOT required.
$24–$37/hr (based on experience) Per Diem Overtime

We are expanding our field operations and looking for a Commercial Electrician who can operate with discipline, precision, and accountability in real-world conditions.
You will be responsible for executing electrical work in commercial and industrial environments, ensuring every system meets NEC standards, safety requirements, and performance expectations.
You’ll be expected to:
- Take ownership of your work on-site
- Solve problems without waiting for direction
- Integrate seamlessly with other trades and field teams
- Deliver clean, compliant, and professional installations
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues in real time
- Read and execute from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Install conduit, cable trays, and electrical distribution systems
- Perform inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work meets NEC and safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain momentum and timelines
Minimum Requirements:
- 3–5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of NEC
- Proven ability to read and execute from plans and schematics
- Experience with conduit bending, cable pulling, and panel work
- Valid driver’s license willingness to travel
Preferred:
- Three-phase systems, motor controls, PLCs, or building automation
- Generator / UPS systems
- LED retrofits and energy efficiency upgrades
- Fire alarm, low voltage, or integrated systems exposure
- OSHA 10/30, Journeyman license
- $24–$37/hr based on experience
