We are expanding and looking for a hungry, self-driven Client Acquisition Specialist who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and close recurring business.
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for closers—not clock-watchers.
• Prospect law firms, property managers, collections agencies, investigators, and business clients throughout California
• Make outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up touches daily
• Convert inbound leads from Google, website inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns into paying clients
• Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and service presentations
• Build long-term relationships that turn into recurring accounts
• Track every conversation, follow-up, and opportunity inside our CRM
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless client experience
• Consistent daily outbound prospecting
• Zero missed lead follow-up
• CRM activity updated in real time
• New recurring accounts opened monthly
• Revenue directly attributable to your pipeline
• 1 year of outbound sales, business development, or account acquisition experience preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and relationship building
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-only environment
• Reliable computer, smartphone, internet, and transportation for occasional in-person meetings
