An elite boutique Capital Markets group is looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to its growing team based out of its Midtown Manhattan office. The role offers a great opportunity to join a growing international firm in a collegial environment (hybrid office structure and a quality of life play; 50-70 hours per week generally). Compensation is competitive.
Responsibilities:
- Crucial role on deal teams across M&A, debt, equity, structured financings, and more
- Heavily involved in relevant financial modeling methodologies (DCF, LBO, CCA, etc.)
- Perform investment due diligence
- Prepare presentation materials and memos
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
Prerequisites:
- 1 years of relevant investment banking experience, FIG or Insurance/Reinsurance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling experience
Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
