Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating Weekends

Your Role: Respiratory Therapist (part-time or full-time)
As an RRT or CRT at NorthBay, you’ll be a vital member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team. You’ll assess, treat, and manage individuals with complex respiratory conditions, all while providing care in a more relaxed, residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapy treatments and assessments
- Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on respiratory health and equipment use
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with medical protocols
- Serve as a consultant for respiratory-related equipment and supplies
- Be available during emergency evacuations, if needed
Qualifications:
✔ Valid RRT license in the state of Florida
✔ Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
✔ Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred) ✔ Pass ACHA Level 2-more more info click https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
✔ 2 years of RRT experience or 10 years as a CRT (acute care setting preferred)
✔ Recent TB test and physical required
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
