The Northampton Public Schools seeks Substitute Paraeducators for the 2025-2026 school year!
Pay Rate:
$17.50 per hour.
Long Term Assignments available:
10 or more consecutive days in the same assignment authorized by the principal and Superintendent: $23.04 per hour.
Duties:
Assist classroom teachers with students.
Benefits:
There are no benefits with substitute paraeducator positions.
We use "Frontline" which is an online absence management system.
IF HIRED:
Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS Fingerprint Background Checks prior to start of employment.
