We are a patient-centered newly renovated dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly, welcoming environment. Our team values compassion, professionalism, and teamwork, and we're excited to welcome a new Dental Hygienist to our growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing as needed
• Take digital radiographs
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting treatment needs
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software
• Follow OSHA and CDC infection control and sterilization protocols
• Deliver outstanding patient care with a friendly, compassionate approach

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
