What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Chef position at NORTHAMPTON COUNTRY CLUB?
Northampton Country Club is looking for dedicated individuals to join its back of house team. We are a medium sized Club that operates six (6) days a week in our Banquet Facility year-round. We offer upscale fine dining, casual, and grab-and-go style dining at our banquet facility. Types of events that we host include weddings, galas, fundraisers, birthday parties, golf tournaments, business meetings, and everything in between.
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare all required items for service
- Set up service units with needed items
- Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
- Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages
- Ensures assigned workspace and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Sets up, maintains and breaks down assigned station
- Requisitions items needed to produce menu items
- Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
- Assists with other duties as instructed by the Sous Chef
This position reports directly to the Sous Chef and then the Executive Chef.
Qualifications:ServSafe Certification is Preferred
Prior Experience is Preferred
Salary : $23 - $26
