Northampton Area Pediatrics is seeking Front Desk receptionists to join our growing practice!
Qualified candidates should have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, computer proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide high level customer service in an office setting
- Ability to work well with others in a teamwork environment
- Greet families and check patients in and out
- Verifying insurance and demographic information
- Collect copayments and record accurate account balance payments
- Schedule appointments by phone and in person
- Provide patient plans and register patients on the EMR portal
- EPIC computer system experience a plus
