Regional Manager

Position Summary:

North York Residential is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while ensuring an exceptional resident experience across all assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property maintenance operations to ensure all communities are well-maintained and operating efficiently
• Negotiate, manage, and evaluate contracts with vendors and service providers
• Ensure properties are fully staffed; actively recruit, hire, and develop on-site teams
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise capital improvement and renovation projects
• Drive leasing performance and implement strategies to increase occupancy and resident retention
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports; communicate performance, variances, and opportunities
• Utilize property management systems (including Yardi) to maintain accurate operational and financial records
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce expenses and maximize revenue growth
• Collaborate closely with ownership to ensure alignment with business plans and investment goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or a related field (regional or multi-site experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
• Solid understanding of property operations, facilities management, and maintenance practices
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
