We are looking to fill a part-time concierge front desk position. Need to have availability any day of the week, willing to work until 5:00 pm weekday's, and every other weekend and holidays. This position is around 25 hours a week. Please have excellent phone, computer and customer service skills.

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate guest requests for services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, and entertainment bookings
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options to provide recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and processing reservations
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in time management to ensure efficient handling of guest requests
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially if the hotel serves international guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel systems is desirable
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and understanding of guest relations
