North Woods Home Care and Hospice has an excellent opportunity for a full time RN/Case manager to work in the Delta/Dickinson County areas. We are looking for a compassionate professional with strong nursing skills. RN will work with a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, make home visits to patients, and assume on-call responsibilities for patients in the Iron County area. Experience in home care is a plus. Computer literacy needed and experience in computerized documentation system is helpful. We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package including a company car based from home.
