We are currently looking for an Experienced Service Technician to join our team! This position services both residential and commercial customers. We offer full time, year-round work, an excellent benefits package, a fully stock work vehicle and spiff bonus program! Annual potential earnings $80K

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with on occasional overtime
Pay Range: up to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.
Required Qualifications:
- Clean driving record and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- 3 years Residential and light commercial experience
- EPA Certification required
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
- Advanced customer service skills
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Excellent computer skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification from HVAC trade school
Salary : $80,000
