Familiarity with office tasks, phone systems, and Microsoft programs is highly desirable. Includes outbound calling clients to maintain a complete schedule.

Primary Job Function:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Use software to enter customer data and provide accurate information.
- Assist in coordinating schedule of technicians.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide support for logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of services we provide.
Work Hours: 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay Scale: Starting at $18/hr

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 years relevant work experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
- Proficient customer service skills
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal skills
- Professional phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working Knowledge of GPS and mapping software
- Well organized and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HVAC industry
- 1 years HVAC Dispatcher experience
- 6 months Dispatching experience
- Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android and Windows OS.
