Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Submits invoices to customers. Answers general customer questions, including updating accounts.
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounting as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.1-2 years of previous related experience is preferred.
Starting Pay: $29.00-31.00/HR
