North Wall Schools is a small, accredited, private school in Spokane, WA, for infants-6th Grade students. North Wall Teachers design engaging lesson plans for multi-age and multiple subjects that incorporate hands-on learning; maintain a safe and positive classroom environment; continually assess student progress and implement effective lessons to meet individual student learning needs as determined by student assessment data; collaborate with students' families, teachers and administration to develop effective teaching strategies and classroom culture. Teachers must be willing to engage in professional development and full-time teachers must be willing to earn CDA or college credits toward early childhood/ educational classes.
