Responsibilities
Manages EPIC system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting. Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems. Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues. Expected to oversee Epic training program for NVNV. Work onsite with the ability to lead one-on-one instruction with nursing, physicians and clinicians as required; may be expected to speak to small groups regarding applications. Includes rounding on nursing staff daily or as needed. Assist with user access for Epic, review training schedules; provide input for employees completing Epic training.

Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelors Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2 years work experience in a hospital setting required
- Clinical experience preferred.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.
- Nursing Degree or Licensure Preferred
